Telephone Tutoring & Help Service - available to download as a pdf file Specialising in Digital Photography and the use of Adobe Photoshop Elements Version 6 or 7   • Aimed at providing expert distance tutoring as well as help over the telephone to solve user-issues that otherwise can be very frustrating.   • Telephone Tutoring is normally arranged in advance for a mutually convenient time when both of us can have a PC up and running the same version of the software. Ideally, a single tutoring session would last about 1 hour. It is recommended that for step-by-step training, we have the same images open on our PCs. How much does the service cost? • The charge rate is normally 2 hours for £25 prepaid in advance by cheque. This amount can be topped up near to, or after, 2 hours has been used up.   • If 4 hours is prepaid in advance, this is discounted to £45.   • If you prefer, at the present time, I can make the training call to you for UK home telephone numbers. This means that the only cost to you for training is the training rate charged as above. Special requirements involved in Telephone Tutoring   • A cordless telephone handset will greatly facilitate telephone tutoring.   • If you are using a PC Notebook (laptop) then you should be using a mouse rather than the laptop’s touch pad.
